Looking to its outlook for fiscal 2026, FedEx now expects revenue growth to advance 5%-6% year-over-year compared to its prior growth forecast of 4%-6%. Diluted earnings per share before mark-to-market retirement plan accounting adjustments and excluding costs related to the planned spin-off of FedEx Freight are expected to be between $17.80-$19.00, the bottom end of the range up from $17.20-$19.00. The company continues to target permanent cost reductions of $1 billion and capital spending of $4.5 billion on the year.
