DENTSPLY and Sirona to Join Forces DENTSPLY (XRAY) and Sirona Dental Systems (SIRO) announced September 15 that they have entered an all-stock merger agreement. The resulting company will be the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies.
