We know many of you joined “midstream” on our call on Kinder Morgan and the MLP space, perhaps in January or February 2016, and some may not have the entire story arc. We’ve been calling for a reevaluation of what types of metrics management should be able to pass off to investors for some time. One of our biggest issues has had to do with the non-GAAP metric distributable cash flow within the context of the master limited partnership business model, and we’d be mighty pleased to see it abolished.
