3M Issues Fourth-Quarter Results; Reaffirms 2012 Guidance
3M posted a modest increase in fourth-quarter earnings and reaffirmed its 2012 earnings outlook. The firm warned of some weakness in China, Europe, and in its optical film segment during the first half of this year, and we remain on the sidelines based on valuation. Oct 26, 2011
